Resume Reflection
Resume preparation, like leadership, is very self-reflective. You must examine your personal values, communication style, and experiences, and put them down on paper in a manner that sets you apart from your competition. While the resume is a written document on your entire working experience, the resume is also a reflection of your life. As I read back through my resume I am reminded of great experiences with the corporations and the personal I worked with. I am also reminded of the sacrifices that were made to obtain company goals and expectations. As others read through my resume, my experiences will appear academic, but a great portion of my adult life was spent doing these activities. I am proud of the accomplishments that were made throughout my working life. Thank you for your time.
